Joe Schmidt has unveiled a new look Wallabies squad, with Billy Pollard, Nick Frost and Len Ikitau joining Brumbies team mates Alaalatoa, Rob Valetini and Tom Wright in the starting line-up.
Ikitau has recovered from a hamstring injury and partners Paisami in the centres.
While returning forward Tom Hooper makes his first international appearance in 2024, named on the interchange bench alongside Noah Lolesio.
