The Plus500 Brumbies are thrilled to announce that playmaker Bayley Kuenzle has put pen to paper with the club for next season.
22-year-old Kuenzle has found himself in the thick of the action this year starting at flyhalf in all bar two matches of Vodafone Super Rugby AU.
The former Junior Wallabies representative joined the club at the end 2018 and made his debut in round two of this year's pre-COVID-19 Super Rugby competition, becoming Brumby number 226.
Last year Brumbies supporters got a glimpse of Kuenzle's impressive game management when he helped steer the Canberra Vikings to the NRC grand final, as well as a number of impressive outings for the Brumbies Runners.
Plus500 Brumbies flyhalf Bayley Kuenzle said: "I'm really happy to know I'll be wearing Brumbies colours again next year."
"I feel like I'm really growing down here, as a player and as a person and I'm looking forward to working with the coaches and staff to keep improving.
"The culture down here is something that I'd heard about before I came to Canberra and I'm really excited to continue to be part of it."
Plus500 Brumbies coach Dan McKellar said: "We're really happy that Bayley will be sticking around here at the Brumbies next season."
"He's a really hard worker on the field, always looking to improve his game and has performed really well this season when he's had his opportunities.
"BK is a really popular member of the group and the whole organisation is looking forward to seeing him continue to grow on and off the field next year."
