The Safeguard Global ACT Brumbies are proud to announce that seven of the clubs representatives have been selected in Sunday mornings fixture against England in London at 2:10am AEDT.
With five Brumbies selected in the starting XV, Nick Frost will join 2024 John Eales Medallist Rob Valetini in the forwards as they line up in the 4 and 6 jerseys respectively.
Plenty more representation from the ACT shapes up in the Wallabies backline as Noah Lolesio retains the flyhalf position while Len Ikitau moves to inside centre for the first time in his international career. The final Brumby in the run out side will be Tom Wright, who has been handed number 15 once again.
Coming off the bench to provide a boost up front will be Brumbies veterans James Slipper and Allan Alaalatoa as the final inclusions from the Capital.
Wallabies coach Joe Schmidt said: “The side has adjusted well to the travel and have had a couple of trainings up here to prepare for what will be a very tough challenge on Saturday.”
“Playing in front of vocal home crowds in some of the most renowned Rugby stadiums in the world is an exciting prospect, with many of the players on their first Spring Tour.”
