Safeguard Global ACT Brumbies Blake Schoupp and Lachlan Shaw have taken their talents off the rugby field before their first home game, as the duo made a trip to Murrumburrah public school in Harden to inspire some young fans.

Joining Harden Rugby and Brumbies southern inland development officer Tyson Morgan, Schoupp and Shaw assisted in converting some Harden locals into lifelong rugby fans.

The schools enjoyed a clinic and games run by the Brumbies staff before the duo made their appearance, giving opportunity for plenty of photos and signatures for the juniors.

Brumbies staff also provided an exciting clinic for the students at Murrumburrah high school to conclude their time in Harden before heading back to the capital.

Having shown the schools some basic rugby skills and brought involvement with a short modified game, Harden Rugby is sure to get plenty of attention in 2024.
