Harvey Cordukes

All rise — Harvey Cordukes is built like a skyscraper and hits like a wrecking ball.

Born and raised in Sydney, Cordukes first picked up a rugby ball at eight years old with Harbord Harlequins — the same club where his journey began and his love for the game took root. A product of Harbord Public School and St Augustine’s College, his frame and physicality quickly made him impossible to ignore.

Now standing 202cm and tipping the scales at 122 kilograms, Cordukes brings serious presence to the park. But he’s more than just size. Inspired by the relentless motor of Michael Hooper and the raw power of Will Skelton, he blends work rate with physical dominance — a towering forward who refuses to take a backward step.

His path has been grounded as much as it’s been driven. From working as a dishie and bartender to labouring and coaching, Cordukes understands hard work beyond the gym and the field. Off the pitch you’ll likely find him chasing waves, curating a music playlist, planning his next trip — or deep in a history conversation he could happily stretch to half an hour.

Now studying at ANU and the University of Canberra, the Sydney product is building more than just a rugby résumé — he’s laying foundations for the long haul.

Heading into the 2026 season, Cordukes looms as a rising force — young, powerful, and only just beginning to tap into the full potential of a frame and mindset built for the highest level.
