Andy Muirhead

Versatile winger/fullback Andy Muirhead hails from Brisbane, Queensland. Playing for Brisbane State High and Brisbane City, he decided to make the move to Canberra for an opportunity with the Brumbies in 2017. During his first season in Canberra, Muirhead made his Super Rugby debut against the Southern Kings. After notching up three stand-out performances early in his Brumbies career, Muirhead was offered a full-time contract and has remained in the Capital ever since. He scored two tries in last season’s quarter-final win against the Highlanders, for his second he showed immense footballing skill to control a crossfield kick from Noah Lolesio with his boot before dotting down.
