Brumbies fans can now secure an exclusive supporters’ tour package for Super Round in Christchurch in April next year.
The Brumbies will take on the Hurricanes for the Captain Shout Cup on Saturday 25 April during Super Round at One New Zealand Stadium. Super Round returns in 2026, after a hiatus in 2025, and will take place at the new, 25,000-seat venue under a fixed roof in Christchurch.
The package for the weekend, from Friday 24 – Sunday 26 April, includes:
- Two nights at luxury hotel Fable Christchurch, within walking distance of the stadium and with daily breakfast and wi-fi
- Platinum match tickets for both Friday 24 and Saturday 25 April
- The Crusaders are confirmed to play the first fixture of the weekend on the Friday night
- Reds vs Blues will be the other match on the Saturday, alongside Brumbies vs Hurricanes
- Access to a Brumbies supporters’ function
- Airport transfers
Twin-share rooms are available for $849 AUD, with single rooms $1139 AUD. There is also an option to join the group return flight from Canberra to Christchurch, available for an additional $1495 AUD.
Construction of this new stadium began in 2022, following the earthquake in Christchurch in 2011.
Phil Mauger, Mayor of Christchurch, previously said in an official statement: “The opening event at One New Zealand Stadium will be a major milestone in the remarkable comeback story of our city.
“It is great to share that with our friends and neighbours from all across the country, Australia and the Pacific.
“We are really proud to be able to launch this amazing venue on behalf of Christchurch and know it will be a place where great memories are made.”
With match tickets not on sale to the general public until Thursday 30 October, Brumbies fans will have early access to guaranteed attendance at this incredible event.
