Teams lists have been submitted for the second Challenge Cup match between the Safeguard Global ACT Brumbies XV and the ACT & SNSW Griffins sides ahead of their rematch on Saturday the 5th of October at Viking Park.
The Brumbies managed to dismantle the Griffins last week, putting on a dominant 44-7 showing, however the man at the helm Stephen Larkham has made some experienced additions to his starting XV through the likes of Ryan Lonergan and Tom Hooper.
Meanwhile the Griffins have also made some tweaks as they aim for a huge turnaround in order to win the Challenge Cup on Saturday. Needing to win by a margin of 37 or more to win the silverware on the day, coach Frank Condi has made multiple changes to his starting side.
Griffins have added five players to the run-on side through Leon Bongare, Amaani Vercoe-Aoina, Moe Toma, Louis Bartley-Saena and Tomasi Bikaca. Clay Uyen has shifted from fullback to outside centre, while Nate Carrol has also made a move going from flyhalf to fullback.
Jack Preston is the was the final man to move around positionally as he will line up at blindside flanker after a strong performance last week at lock.
