ACT Brumbies trio Ewald Kruger, Eli Langi and Chayse Geros have all been named in the Australian Under 20 side to take on Spain U20 in their opening pool match of the 2026 World Rugby Junior World Championship.
Australia U20 head coach Chris Whitaker today named his side, with the Brumbies represented by Kruger, Langi and Geros in the starting XV.
Kruger will pack down at hooker between props Jacob Job and Edwin Langi, while William Ross and Kenneth Harris complete Australia's tight five.
Langi has been named at No.8 in a dynamic back row alongside Luca Cleverley and captain Tom Robinson.
Angus Grover and Finn Mackay combine in the halves, with Reds pair Treyvon Pritchard and Taione Taka named in the midfield.
Cooper Watters and Tom Farr-Jones provide Australia's strike power out wide, while Geros has been selected at fullback for the tournament opener.
Australia will have plenty of forward power in reserve, with overseas-based props Kingbenjamin Swerling-Finaipepe and Lehopoame Leota in line to make their Under 20 debuts from the bench.
Charles Hollyman, Isaac Fonua and TJ Talaileva round out the forward replacements.
Australian Sevens speedster Wallace Charlie is in line to make his Australia U20 debut from the bench, with Sam Blank and Charlie Bird named as the reserve backs.
