Ben Alexander

Ben Alexander is a former Brumbies player, and holds the record for the most appearances for the Brumbies, playing 152 games, while also representing the Wallabies 72 times. His commitment to the sport extends to his current role on the Brumbies board as the Rugby Union Players’ Association (RUPA) representative.

Off the field, Ben co-owns "The Dock", a popular sports bar at the Kingston Foreshore, with former Brumbies and Wallabies teammate Scott Fardy. Additionally, he is the founder of Alfred, a startup focused on personal energy management, underlining his dedication to health and wellness after his athletic career.

Ben has a Sports Journalism degree from the University of Canberra and has begun a Graduate Diploma in Computing from ANU. In the corporate world, Ben works in performance management at KPMG, applying his professional sports discipline and team-oriented mindset to help clients achieve their performance goals.
