Safeguard Global ACT Brumbies hooker Billy Pollard has been ruled out of this Saturday's Round 11 fixture against the Fijian Drua at GIO Stadium.

Pollard pulled up with soreness in his knee at the completion of the squad's field session earlier this afternoon. He will be replaced by Canberra-born Brumbies Academy player Liam Bowron, who is in line to make his Super Rugby Pacific debut against the Drua off the interchange bench.

The Safeguard Global ACT Brumbies host the Fijian Drua in Round 11, kicking off at 7:35PM AEST this Saturday, May 4 at GIO Stadium.
