Brumbies land partnership with Canberra Airport

The Safeguard Global ACT Brumbies and Canberra Airport today announced a new partnership for the remainder of the 2024 and 2025 Super Rugby seasons.

The partnership was made public this morning at Canberra Airport, with Head Coach Stephen Larkham and players Allan Alaalatoa, Tom Hooper and Harry Vella in attendance to mark the milestone announcement.

Brumbies Chief Executive Phil Thomson was delighted to link up with Canberra Airport saying, “This partnership showcases the support of two successful businesses on a national and international stage, with the area's most recognisable and high-performing organisations working together.”

Signing on as a major corporate partner, the Canberra Airport logo will appear on the club's playing shorts and training apparel, which will be visible in the club's Super Rugby Pacific home fixture against the Fijian Drua on Saturday, May 4 at GIO Stadium.

Canberra Airport Group's CEO Stephen Byron, shared the Airport’s excitement in partnering with the Super Rugby franchise.

The Safeguard Global ACT Brumbies host the Fijian Drua in Round 11, kicking off at 7:35PM AEST this Saturday, May 4 at GIO Stadium. The ACT Veterans will feature in a curtain raiser against the Navy Old Salts starting from 5:45PM AEST.
