The future is bright for Mack Hansen. Yet to make his Super Rugby bow, 2018 was a season for Hansen to dip his toe in the professional waters. It’s not easy to join the ranks at the top level, and some need time to develop.

Hansen’s potential is huge, and by being around the squad every day, learning off the likes of Christian Lealiifano, he’ll be making his debut for the club in no time. It wasn’t all off-field learning for Hansen however.

The fullback/flyhalf had an excellent campaign with the Junior Wallabies in France, showcasing his eye for the try line on several occasions. Hansen was also in excellent form for his local club the Gungahlin Eagles, driving them to a top four finish in the Griffin Legal John I Dent Cup. The sky is the limit for Hansen, expect sparks to fly when he takes to the field in 2019.
