The 2025 SMARTECH Super Rugby Pacific Finals descend upon Canberra this Saturday night.
After one of the most exciting seasons in recent history, our ACT Brumbies finished the regular season in third place. That sets up a mouth-watering clash with the fourth placed Hurricanes, who arrive in the Nation’s Capital with an eight-week unbeaten run.
The timely return of skipper Allan Alaalatoa is a welcome addition for the home side, who will be looking to avenge their Round 11 loss to the New Zealanders.
Finals football brings with it a step up in intensity. It’s perhaps the closest a player can get to the test match environment whilst at club level. As a result, Saturday night provides the perfect opportunity for our players to display resolve under pressure.

Getting to GIO Stadium
Parking is available in stadium parking areas. $10 cash payment. Early bird is $5 cash, up to 45 minutes prior to kick-off. There is parking available on both the East and West sides of the Stadium.
Free buses will be running from the major interchanges in Canberra to and from GIO Stadium. View the bus schedule here.
