The final round of the NextGen 7s tournament is upon us, and the ACT Brumbies are travelling up to Sydney, ready to set the field alight in an electrifying Finals series.

Bolstered by a wealth of returning talent, the women from the capital will travel to Warringah Rugby Club hungry to claim the ultimate prize.

The squad is headlined by the highly anticipated return of powerhouse forward Chioma Enyi, who is back in action after suffering an injury setback at a Wallaroos camp earlier this year.

The rising star and dynamic back-rower has had a tumultuous journey to top-flight rugby. After cementing her spot in the Brumbies Women’s 2025 squad, Enyi exploded out of the gates, scoring a dazzling double in their opening match against the Western Force at HBF Park.

Following the Super W season sidelined in recovery — repairing torn cartilage in her knee — the young forward bounced back brilliantly.  She finished her year by hoisting the BentSpoke Premier 15s Grand Final trophy with her local club, Wests Lionesses, before officially signing on with the Wallaroos in late 2025.

Her commanding physical presence on the field will undoubtedly give the Brumbies a massive edge.

Adding even more firepower to the side is Spanish International scrum-half Anne Fernandez de Corres, lining up alongside Australian Sevens sensations Ruby Nicholas and Mackenzie Davis.

Both Nicholas and Davis have been absolute standouts over the last two rounds of the competition, bringing vital experience, calm playmaking, and game-breaking speed to the squad.

With a blend of international flair, seasoned AU7s talent, and brilliant local stars, the Brumbies are primed to put on a spectacular show.

The stage is set for a thrilling day of rugby. The Brumbies will face off against their fierce rivals, the Queensland Reds and NSW Waratahs, fighting to secure their spot in the afternoon's ultimate decider.
