The Plus500 Brumbies kick-off 2020 with a blockbuster Aussie-derby against the Reds at GIO Stadium.

GATES: 5.15pm | KICK-OFF – 7.15pm

Make sure you get to GIO Stadium nice and early to take advantage of all of our new game day entertainment for 2020.

Tickets

Get them now or at the ground.

The Slab – Open pregame & postgame

One piece of feedback indicated supporters would like somewhere to gather before and after the match, with the organisation introducing, 'The Slab', which will be open at the same time as the gates and stay open until well after the game finishes, where supporters can enjoy a drink together.

Fans on the field

Nothing beats having the supporters that get us over the line join us on the field post-game.

When you hear the siren sound, security will allow you onto the field where you can meet your favourite Brumby.

The Blue Carpet

Supporters will also now be able to get closer than ever to their favourite Brumbies, with the introduction of the 'Blue Carpet' as the players enter the grounds of the stadium and 15 lucky junior members will get to go to 'Autograph Alley', a unique experience pre-match inside the stadium tunnel.

Kids Zone

For the families, there will be the 'Kids Zone' at the southern end of the field in a precinct area, which will have multiple jumping castles, a mini rugby field, lineout simulators, face painting and more.

Synergy Family Room

On top of this, the 'Synergy Family Room', located at the northern end of the Mal Meninga Stand, will be a space in where young kids (designed for ages five and below) are welcome to play in a contained area while parents can continue to have one eye on the Rugby.

Sensory Suite

In a first for sporting codes in Canberra, and with the support of the John James Foundation and Marymead, the Plus500 Brumbies will have a 'Sensory Suite' at home matches, which will make the game accessible for all of our supporters.

The suite is designed to be a quiet place where supporters and families, of those with autism spectrum disorder or social disabilities, can still enjoy the game day experience with a full view of the field.

#WeAreOne

As part of the #WeAreOne initiative, Emergency Services and Rural Fire Service volunteers will get free entry to our first home game against the Reds next Friday night. All Canberra sporting codes will be represented on field to show appreciation to those on the front lines.

Half-Time

Do not miss this! Champion whip-cracker Daniel Wicks will dazzle us with a unique display during the half-time break.

Food | Beverage

Food and beverage outlets will be open around the ground from gates open.

Don't forget, Brumbies members receive 10% off food at GIO Stadium thanks to GEMA Catering.

Bag Searches

To ensure the safety of players and fans, all bags will be checked at the gate, so please arrive early to avoid delays. Please remove jackets, blankets and other bulky items from your bag prior to entry.

Rideshare & Uber

A designated drop off and pick-up area will be available on Leverrier St in front of the AIS Visitors centre or AIS Arena on the WEST side of the stadium. For Rideshare / Uber services use ‘AIS Arena’ or ‘AIS Visitors Centre’ as your destination and pick up location, please do not use ‘GIO Stadium’.

Taxis

Taxis will drop off and pick up at the taxi rank outside the WEST gate only.

All members who have misplaced/lost their membership card can visit the Membership/Ticket Collection window located at the West or East Gate. Proof of identification will be needed to print off replacement tickets for the day.
